It has a large wrap around balcony with an AWESOME view of the gulf, where you can watch schools of dolphins or just sit and enjoy the tide come and go on the beautiful white sugar sand beaches.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath and also shares the wrap around balcony. The guest room has two queen-size beds with a private balcony overlooking the shuffleboard and tennis courts with a large adjoining bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with cherry cabinets.

We make an extra effort to be sure our unit is clean and well equipped. We want you to come back year after year. Our guests are most important to us, we are dependant on you. Association specifies no singles under the age of 25 are allowed to rent this condo. NO EXCEPTIONS. Association specifies no pets of any kind are allowed in this condo. This is a non smoking unit.

On site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis, shuffleboard, Pickle Ball courts, Bocci Ball Court, and indoor racquetball court. 2 reserved beach chairs are included!!!!! No long waits for the elevators, higher floors have dedicated elevators. You will absolutely not be disappointed with your stay.all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex with large pool, heated in cooler weather, kiddie pool and hot tub, are a cut above also with The Tiki Bar poolside at serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as tennis and shuffleboard courts and pickle ball courts, heated pool cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racket ball court and exercise room.

Attraction Information:

There are multiple vendors on the beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing or tubing or pick a dive boat or select to go on a snorkeling expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, spend some time in an arcade or go shopping or site seeing. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Any golf enthusiast will be elated to spend the day at one of several beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo.
