$4.3 Million dollar renovation has been completed at Watercrest Condominiums, a luxurious high-rise. Everything is new and fresh! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well-maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and there are two separate elevators that service the first six floors only so there's no excessive waiting. Please come and enjoy our spacious 1400 sq ft condo. This is a very large and open floor plan. kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both baths also feature new granite counter tops. One of our favorite things about this unit is the size and shape of the large balcony. There is plenty of space to fully serve dinner on the balcony or share breakfast with the family. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and the second bedroom is a very large room with two queen beds. The hall bath is accessible from the second bedroom. The views of the Gulf are truly amazing through the large sliding doors. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the onsite amenities such as the Tennis, Pickle Ball courts Bocci Ball, shuffle board, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor rachet ball court and exercise room. ALL FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT!

We include padded beach chair with umbrella service. Just let the service attendant know you are in 309 and he will have it set up for you every day! It's awesome.

At the East end of the beach, you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep-sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10-minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City Beach has Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf.
