Watercrest is located on the "quiet end of the beach", as the locals fondly refer to it because parking and traffic are never an issue, where you will be just minutes away from the marina district, including three of PCB's finest restaurants- Captain Anderson's and Grand Marlin and Schooner's just to mention a few. Come and enjoy fine dining and open air dining on the waterfront. All boating attractions in PCB, deep sea fishing, rentals and excursions are located nearby. In general, the major shopping options ( Publix, and Winn-Dixie, and Walmart, etc.)

PROPERTY AMENITIES: Free high-speed internet is provided. Tennis, bocci ball, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts are all available on the building's outdoor sport decks. Overlooking the beach on the gulf side of the building, there is a large family pool (heated during cooler months), kiddie pool and hot tub. Adjacent to the pool there is a tiki bar serving drinks and snacks (open seasonally). The pool deck itself is furnished with loungers and tables for guest use. For your enjoyment, there is a nicely appointed fitness room on the second floor.
