Come and enjoy this beautiful East end condo at Watercrest Resort with an unbelievable 700 square foot wrap-a-round balcony where you are only steps away from one of the world's most famous beaches. This condo is 1440 square feet with a very open floor plan and all the luxuries of home plus an unending view of the Gulf of Mexico! The condo has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and black stainless appliances. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a smart TV and a spectacular view of the ocean for your enjoyment as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, TV, and it's own private balcony! The living room has a sleeper sofa so we sleep eight comfortably. This entire condo has recently been remodeled including the bathrooms where you will enjoy includes a tiled walk in shower and granite vanity tops.

This condo is very unique as the entire living space is banked with large sliding glass doors and windows so you feel like you are standing on the beach while in this wonderful condo. The master bedroom has this same wall of glass feel so when you open the beautiful custom drapes you can lie in bed and feel as though you are on the beach. Upon entering the condo your breath will be taken away by the view! The VERY large balcony can accommodate the entire group whether dining, relaxing, or watching the amazing sunsets! Also free WiFi.

Watercrest just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and you will not find a cleaner more well kept property. There is 24/7 security personnel walking the parking lot and all 18 floors. Watercrest is on the East end of the beach and we do not have the traffic congestion that other areas of the beach experience so your vacation can be stress free. The pool deck is immaculately maintained and the pool side furniture is brand new. There is a snack bar poolside which serves your favorite cocktails and food. Set up at the pool area and spend the day going back and forth from pool to beach! With the included beach chair service you can have the service attendant prepare your padded chairs and umbrella daily.... It's wonderful. Watercrest has a very nice exercise room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, indoor racket ball or pickle ball court not to mention all the water activities available on the beach.

At the East end of the beach you have a waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park, St. Andrew's, not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or you may prefer to play a round of miniature golf with the family before enjoying some amusement rides or go-carts . It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Some other main attraction in Panama City Beach are ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Just Jump Trampoline Park...just to mention a few.
