This condo is very unique as the entire living space is banked with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows so you feel like you are standing on the beach. Upon entering the condo your breath will be taken away by the view! The VERY large balcony can accommodate the entire group whether dining, relaxing, or watching the amazing sunrise! The living/dining room area features a large TV, a queen murphy bed tv stand with a thick 5" memory foam mattress, new recliner sofa, and a large table that can be expanded to seat up to 6 guests. This unit has just undergone a COMPLETE remodel. The kitchen is fully stocked and now has absolutely stunning smokey grey quartz counter tops with a waterfall edge, new white shaker cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, and even a beverage cooler. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a TV and a spectacular view of the ocean for your enjoyment. As soon as you open your eyes in the morning you will see beautiful sugar sand beach! The second bedroom has two queen size beds, TV, and it's own private balcony! This a a very unique feature and makes the second bedroom feel like a second master. Bathrooms also tastefully remodeled with matching smokey gray quartz vanities. Large secondary bath has double sinks with a shower tub combo and the master has a beautifully tiled walk in shower. You are going to LOVE it! This unit sleeps eight comfortably.

Watercrest just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and you will not find a cleaner more well kept property. There is 24/7 security personnel walking the parking lot and all 18 floors. Watercrest is on the East end of the beach and we do not have the traffic congestion that other areas of the beach experience so your vacation can be stress free. The pool deck is immaculately maintained and the pool side furniture is brand new. There is a snack bar poolside which serves your favorite cocktails and food. Set up at the pool area and spend the day going back and forth from pool to the beach. Watercrest has a very nice exercise room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, indoor racket ball or pickle ball court not to mention all the water activities available on the beach.

At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf.
